Chef Andrea Dante is a seasoned chef and shoreline native. She brings over 20 years of experience in fine foods and catering. Classically trained at the French Culinary Institute in NYC, Andrea combines her culinary expertise with a passion for nutrition, as she is dedicated to creating menus that cater to all dietary needs.
